About the Singing Bowls.

Singing Bowls - also called Healing Bowls - can be traced back to Asia as long ago as about 2000 B.C.
The Bowls are made of alloys of up to seven different metals, which, in combination with their size and shape, create a range of different sounds and overtones.

The vibrations of Singing Bowls stimulate the body to recreate its own harmony and help produce Alpha waves, which are present in the brain during deep relaxation.

Many people feel that they are touched and cleansed in their soul when they listen to the sound of the Singing Bowls.
As some people describe it, "Time stands still – a feeling of peace – relief in aching parts of the body, a balancing of the right and left part of the brain, or contact with something beyond daily life."

Singing Bowls have been used in secret rituals by renowned masters of sound among Tibetan Lamas.
They are said to have travelled out of the body through the power of sound.
